Abstract

en_US The Aesop section of this book comes at the beginning, just after those offering works of Joseph Addison and Aeschylus (31-34). The fables offered are DLS, WSC, TMCM, WL, and BS. The last is attributed to James. This small (3½ x 5¾) volume finishes on 320 after Lord Blackmore. It was being offered individually even though several others were for individual sale, perhaps making up a complete set? One finds both a T of C and an AI of titles at the front of the book.
