Abstract: en_US This is one of two pamphlets that I found at the Librairie des Sciences. They seem meant to be schoolbooks. There are simple full-page black-and-white illustrations alternating with text passages, with some exercises at the back. The back cover presents a panoply of animals, while the front cover seems to show a ruler consulting. Inside scenes show more high-level consultations and a night-scene. Might this be about King Dabschelim's dream that starts his quest and brings him to listen to Bidpai?
