- Abstract
- en_US This 12-page pamphlet combines four lovely full-page colored illustrations with two identical colored covers and six pages of text with black-and-white illustrations. The definition of fable may be stretched in the telling of this tale. A lonely cobbler frog accepts a pair of worn shoes from an old frog and repairs them as requested, but the wearer never returns to pick them up. So the cobbler frog wears them and not only has some luck, but he also makes contact with people. I enjoy the colored pictures especially, like the final picture of the frog cobbler with his new friend on the way to rambling together.
