- Abstract
- en_US Here is the French version of a smaller and more recent English pamphlet from Grandreams that I dated 1986? This booklet is not only larger; it takes more space for things like a title-page and a last repeated illustration (detail of Pixie Redbeard) after the story. Here Tante Tsylla et Frédérique Laurant are acknowledged; they will not be acknowledged there. The illustrations are all larger proportionally here. Like the later, smaller reprinting, this book builds off of a fascinating concept: a second, longer story echoes in human terms the lesson of the fable. Here the fairy Elvira is sad over enjoy now Pixie Redbeard, angry with him, and deaf to his request. I could not disagree more with the philosophy of this application. I seem to have found six of the series of eight booklets. Mulder appears nowhere in the booklet, but it is on both the front and the back cover.
