- Abstract
- en_US This is as simple and straightforward as an inexpensive dual-language text can be. The T of C lists La Fontaine's sources for the seventy-five fables that are presented, and a helpful key follows. The introduction might be just about the size that one would want for an undergraduate class that will read six or seven classes of fables. There is only one or two notes per fable on average. I look forward to giving this text a try in a course soon.
