Abstract

en_US See my comments on the earlier edition (1920/37) in the full set of twelve books. This 1963 edition changes the place of three of the five fables, even though the page total and basic structure of the offerings remain the same. This green-covered edition has some markings. Two of the Walter Crane illustrations colored earlier show up here in black-and-white: SW (moved to 196) and DM (moved to 197). The Boaster has moved to 175. Notice the goof that leads to the extra pages 91a and 91b.
