Abstract: en_US I have copies of both the hardbound and paperbound editions of this book. This copy seems rather to be a review copy, sent to the writer or to reviewers. All three editions seem to have the same pagination and illustrations. As I wrote of those two editions, this is a lovely bilingual edition with excellent rhymed translations and notes. The black-and-white art is not outstanding; the best illustrations are those of the lion and gnat (also on back cover) and of an old cat and a young mouse.
