- Abstract
- en_US Here is a lovely little pamphlet that is one of a set of three. Eight pages, 4" x 4". Leonard the Lion is old and has to lure animals into his cave by complaining of a fever. A rabbit and sheep let themselves be lured in and are thrown to the back of Leonard's cave. Fenella the Fox is wiser. Her traditional response about footsteps going in but not coming out angers Leonard so much that he forgets his "sick" pose and roars. He becomes so distracted that the first two victims can run out of the cave and, like Fenella, run far away. Lovely color work! Madpac offers some matching fabric items for babies, like a swaddle.
