- Abstract
- en_US The texts seem to be exactly those which Bradbury translated in The Black Sheep and Other Fables (1971); see my comments there. How nice to find that the one I picked as setting a tone is in fact the first in order here! The texts seem to have been published first in 1969. The special feature of this work is Ehrenberg's strong art. Of the twelve full-page color illustrations, I like best Chameleon (30) and True Frog (54). The story-opening capitals are very well done. There are also wonderful endpapers of the Oveja Negra itself.
