- Abstract
- en_US This is a great piece of ephemera! It seems to be privately published by a long-time lawyer in Bonn. Every right-hand page has a new numbered typewritten prose fable without explisit moral. These are genuine fables, sometimes quite close to a joke. My candidate for the best is #18. An elderly hare tells his children that he will have to die. They must take leave of each other. A buzzard dives from the sky and takes all the young rabbits away. There is a chicken and rooster on the cover and title-page. Good for you, Christine! 7¼ " x 10⅝"..
