Though the package is still sealed, one can make out on the bingo board pictured on the cover both "Wolf! Wolf!" and a tortoise. There is also a question page pictured that asks "What slow animal won the race with the hare?" I learned that there are many "Jingo" games done by the same manufacturer and by others.
