- en_US This print-upon-demand book is disappointing. "Remastered" made me hope for highest quality illustrations. I fear that they are average. The introduction page closes with "I thank you" but no human being is mentioned here beyond La Fontaine, Doré, and Thornbury. Perhaps the type used in the book is so limited that it cannot present a French accent on the cover, title-page, or introduction; otherwise the bypassing of an accent on Doré's name is lamentable. I am happy to see the fine work of all three men spread abroad; I had hoped for a better representation of it.
