There have been so many excellent prints and reprints of Rabier's work. Here is one by his original publisher from 1906, now done in 1954, at a time, I believe, when French industry, and specifically publishing industry, was finding its way after World War II. This volume has 111 pages, with a fable for each page. All are in color, in contrast with some Tallandier reprints of Rabier, for example, those done in 1992 in this collection. I was a little surprised that we had not already found this book. Now I am delighted to include this very good copy into the collection!
