I originally felt bad when this book arrived: my checks had not revealed a copy of the book in our collection, and it was expensive. I recognized immediately when it came that we already had the book. Now closer inspection reveals some striking features. I described our copy earlier as a response to Hausman's 1965 work but with some different features: "World Productions" as against the earlier "World Press." Thinner, slicker paper. Sittard and not La Haye as the fifth locale of the publisher. And now an ISBN had been added. As I checked out this 1970 copy, it has the features of the 1965 copy, not of our 1970 copy. Thus it has "World Press," thicker paper, La Haye, and no ISBN. Might we best see it as an intermediate between the two printings? I will not repeat here my lavish praise of Hausman's artistry. The book is slightly damaged at the base of its spine.
