Abstract
en_US Reprint of the Oxford and London edition of 1884. What is to say about a text completely in a language I do not understand? I want to read the preface carefully when I read Kalilah and Dimnah with students this coming semester. I did not realize that the book originally appeared as part of a series of five works offering the same story in five different languages. I.G.N. Keith-Falconer did the later Syriac version in that series.
