DePorres Club Members & Friends

DePorres Club meeting notes and minutes record the names of 109 individuals who attended meetings and/or joined the Club between 1947-1960. In addition to these members and associates, the DePorres Club attracted moral, social, and economic interest and support from notable figures nationally and locally, from local newspaper publisher Mildred Brown to the nationally-renowed author and public figure Clare Booth Luce and the Urban League's Whitney Young.
