In the year one thousand seven hundred and eighty-four, on the eighth day of December, at the public gathering of the People and
Mr. Luis & Ylinues, in response to the request made by Mr. Carlos Sador,
a resident and merchant of this mentioned Village, to Mr.
Don Fran. Co Cruzat Fen. C. Conon, graduate and Infant Commander
in Chief and Fen. C. & Governor of the Western Part,
Mr. Suis, I, Josef & Merze, in my capacity as Aquacil in the
jurisdiction of the aforementioned Village and you, Mr. Suis, as the one who has summoned me,
I have appeared with my witnesses in front of the Bridge
at the entrance and exit of the Parish Church of the aforementioned Village, Mr. Suis. As we gathered, in great numbers, it was
announced, published, and proclaimed with a loud and clear voice, and
I have made it known to the Public that I was about to proceed with the first
auction for the sale of a piece of land, one hundred and fifty feet
long by one hundred and twenty feet wide, which borders
on one side with Pedro Penij and on the other with Josef Sianie,
also mentioned in the previous request, thirty feet in width
at one corner, on the old land that borders a street
that crosses the land and the house of Josef Sardueza in it.
There is a photo box in Fierra, a headland on top
and covered in Zapmani, the zoda located in this mentioned Pueb
and belonging to the late Elena Dany, also known as
all, as it is in whose auction will be admitted
all the people who want to bid, understanding that
whoever buys it will pay the price and the assignment in
the local currency pound, or in Pelletenia at forty Sueldos per
pound throughout September of the coming year

with the penalty of returning everything will be assessed at their expense, and then

at the entrance and exit of the Parish Church, and in the presence
of the aforementioned Village and Mr. Suis, as the crowd gathered in large numbers,
I have read, published, and proclaimed, proclaiming with a loud and intelligible voice, and
I have made it known to the Public that I was about to proceed with the Second
Adjudication, for the sale of
a piece of land, one hundred and fifty feet
long, by one hundred and twenty feet wide, which borders

Furthermore, on the aforementioned land, which borders a street

all individuals who wish to bid will be admitted,
